Marc Fosh is one of Europe’s most exciting and creative cookery talents and without doubt one of Britain’s most successful culinary exports. He began his culinary career at the tender age of seventeen working at London’s Greenhouse restaurant, before moving on to the Michelin-starred Chelsea Room at the Carlton Tower Hotel.

Living and working in Spain since 1991, he developed his own unique style of cuisine focusing on fresh ingredients and quality of produce, to which he adds a touch of inspired genius. The result is a modern, yet simple cuisine with clean tastes and big flavours. In 2002, Marc became the first and only British Chef to be awarded a Michelin Star in Spain.


Nils Egtermeyer

Head Chef


Originally from Münster in Germany, Nils started his career at the Relais & Châteaux Waldhotel Krautkrämer before completing a stage in both the two Michelin starred Tantris in Munich and the three starred Vendome in Mergisch Gladbach.
Nils moved to Mallorca  to work as a Chef de Partie at the Gourmet Restaurant Es Fum in the St.Regis Mardavall Hotel, before joining Marc Fosh as his Sous Chef in the Michelin Starred Restaurant Bacchus in Santa Maria.
Since March 2009, Nils has been Head chef at Simply Fosh.
