Nils Egtermeyer Head Chef Nils Egtermeyer is the culinary head at SIMPLY FOSH and has been working with Marc Fosh for several years now. The chef was born in Münster , Germany , and gained lots of experiences in Michelin star decorated top restaurants in Germany and on Mallorca . Since the opening in April 2009 he is responsible for the kitchen at SIMPLY FOSH. Nils Egtermeyer is absolutely focussed on quality and always looks for local and seasonal high end products from the Mediterranean area to give you a great gastronomic adventure. |
